I retired from a position with the New York State Department of Labor as a Business Developer and Employment and Training Specialist. I have owned and sold two businesses of my own, so I can relate to all of the angst and ecstasy that business ownership provides. My background is contract negotiation and arbitration and I know how to eliminate obstacles that would deter us from the closing table. With over fifteen years of business brokerage and real estate experience I can help with everything from initialization to closing. My husband Earl and I reside in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, and our offices overlook the Potomac River. Although the atmosphere is surreal natural beauty, we are centrally located in the DC corridor and are only about an hour from DC, the Maryland counties of Baltimore and Montgomery, and the Virginia counties of Fairfax and Loudoun.
