Here are the 3 steps to become a registered buyer:
- Complete the Confidentiality Agreement (or NDA). This legally binding document is your contractual agreement to disclose no information except to registered members of your partnership who have also completed an NDA. The contact page has your email request link.
- Provide Proof of Identity: Driver’s License or Passport
- Financial Documents: This can be a letter from a bank, redacted cash or credit line statements, credit reports, equity line statements, etc. The assets you have available to invest can be used to structure your deal. Owner financing is not usually readily available and without your plan you are not ready to go forward. Your financials will be needed by the sellers as you view their business financials.
